Bali Ironi

An Australian named Mr. John is one of hundred of thousand repeater to Bali.  He has been to Bali since the first tourist boom to Bali. He is caught by the Balinese  culture, the way Balinese pray and the culture which has been rooted down in the bottom of Balinese's hearth.
After coming to Bali so many times then he decided to make a business in Bali. He also hire lots of Balinese, which is great to helping Balinese from poverty.
 His Business grow very well. But one thing that bother him is that every employee he has is always asking for lots of day off. And the reason is the same, "I have to pray at this temple sir"

one day, one of his staff is coming to his office. He had guessed that his employee will ask for another day off. And he had enough of that reason.
Employee: " Sir, can i have a day off tomorrow?"
Mr. John: "why u asking for a day off?"
Employee answered: " I have to perform a ceremony sir. It's my son three months old ceremony!"
Mr.John scream really angry,  "You guys always asking for day off. the reason always the same. This ceremony, that ceremony. and I'm sick of your reason!!"
" if you always asking fo r day off, when my business will grow and give a good profit to me?, he added.

Maybe he forget why he always come to Bali!!!!
